How do I order? You can easily order in our web-shop or by sending an email or call us at bara Glad.
How can I pay? You can choose to pay by card or by invoice.
How long does it take to receive my ordered goods? It takes about one week for normal delivery.
Purchase / cancellation rights / claims, how does it work? You have full return and cancellation rights for unused items. Original packaging, all tags and patches must be maintained otherwise the return is not valid. Send the product to us within 10 days from invoice date. The customer pays for return postage. Send as usual was with stamps; It is cheapest and works best.
Refund on returns is limited to the price of goods. In return, refund or exchange, you will receive confirmation by e-mail from customer service when we received your return and refund to your card or bank account.
Should you discover any errors on your clothes from bara Glad, you immediately make contact with us. If complaints bara Glad pay all shipping costs.

How long does it take to receive my ordered goods? Normal delivery takes about one week. You will receive a tracking number for your package as soon as we sent it. Then you can easily track your package through your local post office.
How does the VAT and customs? For our customers in the EU, you pay the goods, including Swedish VAT, no fee will be added to. For customers from Norway, Aland Islands and Switzerland and other countries outside the EU and other world make the VAT deducted at the checkout. NOTE: It is therefore important that you enter the correct country when you register your address. You can easily check the totals to see to get it right. Customs and VAT costs you pay to Customs when your package is delivered.
